Terms of Service

General Terms

★ Please accept all the terms listed below. By ordering a commission, you have agreed to everything listed below

★ I have the right to cancel a commission and proceed to give a refund if I feel there is inappropriate or rude behavior, lack of and poor communication, or if I am unable to complete said commission due to unfortunate circumstances

★ Please note that I am still a minor at this time! Showing patience and respect would be greatly appreciated! If I act in any way childish, my deepest apologies! ദ്ദി・ᴗ・)✧

★ Have patience! I promise to provide you with your commission as soon as I can! It will get done as fast as I possibly can get it done!

Rights & Usage

★ Please keep in mind that I can cancel & refund the ordered commission at any time and for any reason!

★ I have the right to post the commission on my social media! Unless asked not to, I will gladly respect your wishes! (⸝⸝•ᴗ•⸝⸝)

★ To follow the above statement, you also have the right to post the commission with credit! Just tag me!

★ If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please discuss with me about it!

★ You will NOT under any circumstances use the artwork for generative AI purposes and redistribute for any monetary gain/benefit

Process & Delivery

★ I take all my payments through PayPal!

★ You can either pay 100% upfront or 50% upfront and the other 50% when the sketch is approved by you! I will not continue the work until the other half of the payment is provided if choosing the latter

★ Keep in mind that when ordering a commission it could take up to a week or a month or two to be finished depending on any complications I may face! Have patience—I have a life too, you know

★ No haggling price! I may be nice, but I’m also fair and professional. All my prices are as listed and if you can’t afford it, then simply don’t order a commission!
